WHAT A PRE-ORDER IS AND IS NOT

A pre-order is a place in the first rollout, not an order that costs you anything. Nothing is charged, you give no payment details, and you can withdraw free of charge until launch with one email or call.

What it does get you: a 3-day free trial and 2 months off your first yearly invoice, priority in the rollout, and with the PC plan the on-site installation without the one-off € 169.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 2 NOVEMBER

Before 2 November we get in touch to go through everything: which plan, how many rooms, and whether you want the music computer or will run it on your own PC.

Then we prepare your player. With the PC plan we come and install it. Once it is running, you try it free for 3 days; then your first yearly invoice comes, with 2 months off.

After that the subscription continues yearly; you can cancel up to 1 month before the renewal date.
